In order for these new worlds to be ones we actually want to visit we need thoughtful creatives to help imagine and define what meaningful, user-centered immersive experiences can look like.
In this talk, led by interaction designer and strategist Em Ivers and product designer Rian Long, we’ll go beyond the hype and dig deep into topics ranging from theoretical to pragmatic, including the state of the XR industry, spatial design fundamentals, the physio- and psychological principles that impact XR user experiences, prototyping methods, and a review of tools and resources.
This event is intended to help everyone from complete novices to seasoned professionals start creating functional and compelling immersive content.
