Experience. There’s no denying it’s become a buzz word for brands across industries, from tourism and hospitality, to food and beverage, retail and design. How do you engage with your customer? What makes a brand memorable? People now are curating experiences like they used to collect souvenirs, and sharing it all on social media. (Museum of Ice Cream, anyone?). So we’re bringing in a panel of design and brand experts to discuss how sensory experiences – like music, crafts and visual storytelling – are building brand identity.
Drop by during the first hour for an exclusive look at our "Stay Human" activation, an extension of Kimpton’s first-ever social experiment, which is all about creating heartfelt human connections between guests of a single room. There will be live music, noshes from Il Solito and a cash bar, followed by the panel discussion.
*5pm - 6pm: open house-style reception with tours of Hotel Vintage’s "Stay Human" room concept.
*6pm - 7pm: discussion on ‘Building Brands through Experiences,’ including panelists from Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, FINE Design and DIY Bar.
