What to expect:

5:45pm-6:30pm: Casual Conversation - Panel with event collaborators
6:30pm-7:00pm: Interactive Q&A

Note: All ticket holders for our event will receive an email from us the day before the event with the Zoom event link and day-of reference information, so keep an eye out in your inbox and check your spam if you don't see it!

Special thanks to Eugenie Jolivett Fontana, founder of Gather & Garner and We Are Here, for letting us use the term "Career Collaborators", defined by her as inspirational role models that guide you through your path of purpose or career journey.

Donations and sponsorship profits go to Diversity in Design, a grass roots, aspiring non-profit, and local networking organization. Your contributions allow us to support our programming that works to create a community for professionals of color throughout the year. In order to be as inclusive as possible, we do not charge for our monthly gatherings or have membership dues, so your support of this event makes a huge difference for us and what we can do for our fellow professionals of color! Diversity in Design

We believe people of color need to be visibly represented as design professionals for the environments we create to reflect and support our diverse communities. People of color must be a part of the conversation if design industries are to advance and stay relevant.

Our mission is to engage professionals of color in the design industries in creating and sustaining a community that provides useful resources, hosts dynamic evens, and fosters meaningful connections.

Our goal is to support and raise awareness of the current accomplishments of professionals of color, empower them to achieve future success, and inspire the next generation of design professionals of color to reach their full potential.
