Our Future Works

Our Future Works is a conversation and community event for priority BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) college students (and recent grads) studying art and design in the Portland Metro Area — students attending community colleges, state universities, private colleges and beyond. Students will connect with local professionals in the creative industries (W+K, Kamp Grizzly and Nike among others) in a series of group conversations.

To keep conversations relevant — attendees will vote on discussion topics before the event. After our conversations, everyone is invited to capture their response in a short creative activity.

OFW aims to connect BIPOC students to pros and peers to build their professional networks and be inspired.

*Please note that OFW is a priority BIPOC + allies student / recent grad event. Ticket holders will receive Zoom meeting ID and password information a week before the event.

Thanks to our supporters RACC (The Regional Arts and Culture Council) and W+K and our partners: Comma PSU, Design Portland and PNCA.
